Expecting this to be in Florida, this happened in NYC.
Three kids make a prank video, stopping traffic in NYC in turtle costumes, jump on cars, and then run away.
At first, I was furious, then I realized that the first two rows of cars (minus the Infiniti) were in on the prank.
It was safer than I thought, it wasn’t that long, and there was no damage to private property.
I give it a C+
